Descripción del hotel: Hotel Vall de Bas is typical Catalan farm house, a building known as the "Masia de Can Trona", built in 1757 and restored in 2006. The Hotel is surrounded by cultivated fields, as well as churches and Romanic vestiges, such as Hostalets, the Mallol, San Privat, Besalú, San Joan de las Abadessas and Ripoll. Hotel Vall de Bas has 36 rooms: 4 doubles in the 18th century masía; 20 superior doubles with terrace/garden; 12 junior suites with living room and terrace, 6 of them in the masía. There are 2 masters suites with 3 complete rooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bath rooms and terrace located in the of 18th century masía. All the guestrooms are equipped with all the most common modern amenities, including DVD player and Internet. Hotel Vall De Bas boasts a unique volcanic Spa in which the elements of Earth and Fire stimulate the senses and delimit zones of water, relax and fitness. The Spa features several beauty treatments cabins, designed on the base of essences and scents related to the ashes, mud and lava from the volcanic area surrounding the hotel. The Restaurant Puigsacalm at Hotel Vall de Bas consists of a space for 65 people and one private room for 12 people each. The Hotel has also several areas designed for business and meetings, seminaries, conventions and banquets, all of them are equipped with telephone, audio-visual equipment and Internet ADSL connection.
